Is that press release all you have to base your thesis on? Damn. I thought there was more info available here. Let me tell you something, no one buys out penny stock firms. NO ONE! The only thing penny stock firms to is get reverse mergers. I see now what is happening. This one is having its market cap shrunk way down and cancelling shares to minimize the market cap. Then they are going to do a reverse merger with a private company. The private company will get 98% of the new equity and we will be left with 2% because they will do a reverse split to us just before the merger. It has happened to me 2 times in the past. I can't beelive in mistook this reverse mergre for a real buyout!!!
