Who can sell and who can buy. I question everyones claims of buying or selling for this very reason jrivera. I have had an order to sell at .0035 and nothing. However, the Scottrade board shows trades going through my order left and right.

Level 2 showed no MM's yet there are millions trading all day. Who is buying and selling and why can't you or I get filled?

Shit, Scottrade still shows a .01 bid and .02 offer since we started trading again.
