(Pink Sheets:CKYS) for the worldwide marketing of the CyberKey ChildIDKey. The ChildIDKey was created to be a data storage tool for parents to keep important information, such as medical records, pictures, and finger print images, close at hand in case of emergencies.

The Catalyst EV(r) is a fully-customizable application that once downloaded resides on a potential consumer's desktop, constantly providing communication or advertisements. Consumers will learn about the Catalyst EV(r) through CyberKey's current marketing channels and can download the application from the CyberKey web site or receive it in an email. The application is then propagated through the internet, reaching new users on a send-to-friend basis.
