WRONG - A no contest plea is NOT an admission of guilt, it is a statement that you don't wish to contend with what is presented FOR WHATEVER REASON. This is frequently done when you don't have the resources to fight the charge, accept whatever restitution is stated and not the original outrageous claim, or do not wish to drag the matter on any longer.
