mean Jack S***. If the District Attorney has a solid case on someone, the DA would not allow a plea of no-contest because a conviction would be assured.

that statement is totally wrong.
i know because
30 years ago i was caught on the wrong boat.

i was guilty, hands down . the prosecution would have had no problem with a conviction.
but through the checkbook justice system the guilt was withheld and i was sentenced to probation.

i pleaded no contest because there wasnt one.

just like in richs case.

ure involved with law enforcement????
