We aren't talking about PR's, we are talking about spam.

Edit: we've gotten off the subject here (almost inevitable given the SEC's behavior). Doesn't it strike you as at all curious that the SEC order refers ONLY to PRs, but the SEC's media hype speaks ONLY of spam?
