SGP - Organon addendum:

1. The SGP takeover of Organon could be the reason for the strength in COR’s share price on Thursday and Friday. Organon is a COR licensee.

2. The PR says the deal is expected to close by the end of 2007, but it could be much sooner than that because I do not foresee any significant pushback from the regulators. No shareholder vote is required by either company, so this deal could conceivably close as soon as mid-summer.
