Can someone please answer these questions?

1) Who is selling all of these shares and where are they getting them from. Don't tell me they are shorts because I don't think you can short a stock at the bid.

2) Is it possible that the 2-3 million private placement shares have been pre-borrowed and shorted prior to their registration to lock in the gains?

3) Will my 3 to 6 dollar price guestimate be achieved this year?
