With the unloading of Scalecars (I assume that Brian bought everything - website and all remaining inventory) there is no more need to rent a retail space in Scottsdale. A PO box makes sense - but it certainly doesn't sound good. And I sure don't understand what it is we're supposed to get a dividend in, if David sold the business.
