viet nam dong, well i would like to see it happen over night and lock limit up for days but that would probably cause a panic in viet nam so if they lift the trading bands higher so that it can drift upward would be fine with me. every retailer in viet nam would have to change prices daily though if they lifted it slowly and that mught be more cumbersome than one quick week of locking limit up... they would have to put limits on the trading though imo just like they do on pork bellys and live hog futures,and live cattle futures and orange juice futures because it would be major news for the first time out of viet nam that could shock the world. viet nam becomes a major trading partner on the world front. oh my gosh what is the world coming to? ha ha ha!
