Concerning the million shares of Herda's that were "transfered".

Where were they transfered to?

Who's to say that they were not sold on Herda's behalf, and he pocketed the cash.

Now he gets another load.

My bet is they were sold, after being transfered maybe even several times.

I would be very weary here.
