No upfront payment ? I bet we see one sooner than you think !

Option to review Phase II ("Phase III enabling") results before making an investment....I am sure that GENENTECH cleary understands the value and potential of iPLEX. They know what the clinical trials are proving. This settlement/partnership would not have taken place otherwise !

If they do opt in,(I think they already have) their only financial obligation is 50% of the development costs...PAST - PRESENT - FUTURE for 50% of profit.... are you kidding ?....DEAL !!!

Market will SEE this partnership with GENENTECH INC as an enormous advantage for Insmed Inc.
