If the company has been targeted by hedgefund ASK hacking naked shorter(NITE) who assumed they would do a deal with a skanky penny pimp lender and be able to cover from share dilution as the lender unloads, they will be screwed, forced to cover, already on reg sho and FBI watching them. The company said no deal when the pps collapsed. They are pleased the SEC is looking into the reason for the drop. Their intent was to raise money when the pps was more like 2 bucks, not 2 cents,,whoever they were talking to thought they were going to steal shares. These are not Koreans that will take kindly to being screwed over.
