Ham, the internal audit is for the company in Canada, Sulja Building Supplies. The external audit is for the Nevada corporation. We need an accurate number for the internal audit in Canada in order to have the US firm do the Nevada corporation's audit. All this proves IMO is that there is an ownership of the Canadian business by the US corporation in Nevada that we own shares in. This is what has been mentioned to me for months now.

The US auditing firm is unknown to me at this time but since it was basically reffered by Speigel, I feel better that they will probably take the audit without any problems.
