I am not certain that the $80M mentioned is an annual revenue. The PR says "Plasticon International, Inc. has the intention of acquiring 100% of AV-CB Developments, which will add more than $80,000,000 in sales to the Company.

Is that a booked, one-time sales bonanza? Is it a projected annual sales revenue? Pretty tough to tell from the wording. I'm not convinced either, but he must have more on this to tell us.
