just started trading in january, new ticker, cusip number, float of 15 mill, so the volume shouldn't be what is has been, less there is naked shorting as evidenced by it being on the reg sho list. The deal is the company was set up by a lender who had his hedgies work the pps, via naked shorts(NITE being the axer) and as of tonight I was informed by the company becuase of the collapsed share price they will not follow through. This is insulting to them. They know what's going on now, complaints have been filed against NITE, and they are preparing for damage control.
