i hope you are right with all of this speculation...
two things...i would not call or ask anyone at volvo about the cyber tracker...if volvo or hiss wants anyone to know about the testing they would publicize it (if in fact anything is going on at all). typically there is a reason for silence.

but as long as we are speculating...
how about this possibility based on what you have already presumed....

there has plenty of time for testing and everything worked in our favor.... now they are just getting the contracts ready
for installing ct's on every piece of equipment they rent/sell.
