you dont own stock....why engage in this conversation?....I consider them(PLNI) certainly not to be reprehensible...that is your area...I know they didn't know about this prior to the proxy release...something a phone call would have resolved for you without the need for lunatic ravings...

the other piece is mistakes get made in small companies...a background check on a board member is something that looks in hindsight to be a given....but board members are held in different lights by many companies especially small ones...its almost the other end of the spectrum of vermin who get paid in pre paid cards to trash people and companies...worthless crap....you know what I mean...

to the board....I have no doubt that plni will make the appropriate moves for all of us regarding its governing bodies....bottomline is they should have checked
