About blocks 5, 6 and 9.

ERHE has to pay their part of the signature bonus for 2 out of the 3. I don't know that they have the cash to do that without stretching things too thin.

Maybe the delay in proceeding with those blocks is a favor asked by Offor so he has time to raise the cash?

I really don't care about those blocks right now anyway. There should be enough oil in the 3 we have now to get the stock over $10, and maybe, just maybe, much more than that.

ERHC's share of JDZ oil; 1 billion barrels. Once proven, ERHE will be $10+. All we need is time and patience.
