I'm not usually a huge advocate of bringing threats of the law into stocks such as this, as I'm a positive man.

But time is up for Ellis. Here is what I propose:

Everyone writes Ellis an e-mail at [e-mail] and state that you are a shareholder, and demand action by him such as a truthful PR, or otherwise.

Secondly, threaten to file a report with the SEC. If you feel the need, go ahead and file one at http://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/microcapstock.htm
(Another report with the SEC, especially by several investors will just add to the stack of fraud reports against him that are already being investigated.)

This may be futile, but I gauge this stocks heartbeat as -1, so let's at least try something that may help our cause.
