The disclosure states "It is projected that Spooz will acquire in excel [excess] of 10,000 customers in the next twelve months and revenues will exceed $7 million"

Spooz is apparently hopeful they can exceed these benchmarks.

If my calculations are correct, 10,000 is about 0.17 percent of the potential customer base of TD Ameritrade and Options Express (Approx 6m).
