I did call and spoke with a person who identified themself as Michael Burke, I have no idea if it was in fact him or someone paid to answer the phone.

Burke did confirm that BHUB is the shell for cyberhand robetics and that BHUB has agreed to the RM.

He did make a statement that there would not be any PR on BHUB and that they do not have any IR campaign plans either.

He claimed he does not know what the share structure of BHUB is and that the decision of whether or not to do a RS would be made at a later date.

He also stated that PKTO is debt free and that BHUB will also be debt free when it hits.

My impression is that we will not know until it happens or shortly thereafter, just my opinion.
