Adblockers currently are blocking a large portion of the reach of the ads imo. rewording the address and folder structure and filename of the ads should significantly help exposure.
basic filters block
ad* advert* linkads linkad adserv* and so on.
For maximum effectiveness imo, each new ad should have it's own 'unique' or random link structure.
