Got this response from the sec a bit ago:

Dear Mr.xxxxxx:

Thank you for the follow-up email.

You ask what will happen to the stock the SEC has suspended after the suspension period has ended. For stocks that trade on the Pink Sheets, trading does not automatically resume after the suspension ends. Before trading can resume for Pink Sheet stocks, SEC regulations require a broker-dealer to review information about a company before publishing a quote. If a broker-dealer does not have confidence that a company's financial statements are current and accurate, especially in light of the questions raised by the SEC, then a broker-dealer may not publish a quote for the company's stock.

.For more information, you can read our Fast Answer on SEC trading suspensions at http://www.sec.gov/answers/tradingsuspension.htm.

Sincerely,

Ann Sulzberg
