That usually is a 99,99% sure sign that this is a scam or a pump and dump if one of their BOD members resignes just right before the "supposed" audit....

4God, would you agree with me that normally this is the last sign one needs to get to be convinced that a huge disaster is coming our way?? just asking you what you think. didn't MT tell you 2 days ago that one guy is resigning?
