for me miker past is past....like I said to me there's a distinct difference between Unique Pizza Corporation of past and the Unique Pizza Corporation of today....

let me put it simple again:

past 12 stores: no franchise folks, no Bob Fidler

present: 7 stores and growning, franchise folks, Bob Fidler

I don't dwell on the past of anything that gives me a present and future picture of potential progress, growth, therefore, move forward.....

and while many companies think they can do things the permit process does create interference and delays beyond tolerance...Harvard College as big and powerful as it is is realizing you just don't plop yourself in someone elses community....you WILL follow the rules. If they're experiencing so much resistance in their expansion why do you think Jim Vowler should have the power to overcome what he can't predict until he applies?
