Investors should not be treated like a carnival game contestant. Why should we have to "guess" whether or not to convert our PFD's? Especially without full disclosure on the details surrounding them, we still don't have the S/H letter.

He also has screwed the S/H by issuing the PFD's in the first place, as the potential dilution they can cause has petrified our PPS to the place it is today.
