Yes, I agree, they need to get a PR out NOW that addressess the action. I actually was expecting something by this morning. However, meeting with athorneys and discussion with SEC might take a little time. I'd rather they not "publish" until the situation (for them) is well understood. Especially, if it was "publishing" that got them in trouble in the first place.
