RWNT News! Reality Wireless Networks Acquires Orange Soda

CAMPBELL, Calif., Nov 17, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via Comtex/ -- Reality Wireless Networks ("RWNT" or the "Company") announced that it completed the acquisition of Orange Soda Inc., a consulting group through its wholly owned subsidiary, Reality Wireless Acquisition Corp. This announcement is meant to be read in conjunction with the Company's Form 8-K filed November 10, 2003. By virtue of the merger, Reality Wireless Networks which trades on the OTCBB under the ticker RWNT.OB, has changed the name of its newly created acquisition arm from Reality Wireless Acquisition Corp. to Orange Soda Corp. Reality Wireless Networks will continue to trade as RWNT.OB and continue to manage its growing operations. Future mergers, acquisitions, and financing will be managed through RWNT's wholly owned subsidiary, Orange Soda.

Additionally, Reality Wireless Networks financed ICC Internet through its business partner initiative. RWNT recently announced its intention to merge with ICC Internet, a privately held company generating approximately $6.0 million and $700,000 in annual revenues and EBITDA, respectively.
