My Take On Sell-off

I have been giving this a bit of thought and of course the obvious hits you when I leave it alone

1)Great news out

2)Momo's and others running it up (remember UBS has had a seller for a couple of weeks now)

3)Stock stalls- momos bail

4)Ubs sees no follow thru on news and momo (remeber he is now known as having a huge seller)

5)UBS uses his new founf rep as huge seller and tests some of the bids to begin to lay out a short

6)UBS offers way below everyone-no buyers

7)UBS gets agressive and whacks bids- not very much support

8)UBS continues until he hits support-inches up his bids to cover his new short position

9)UBS trading pattern for the rest of the day-Offer stock way below everyone else while he is on the bid in an attempt to free up shares to start to cover

10) New bids go up he follows

I think you folks see the pattern and as aMM he can short the stock. Simply I think the guy was trying to make a trade. And to some degree I am sure he has. But I also think he may still be short. How many is anyone's guess

This all my opinion only, but it is not unusual for a stock to get hit after good news and little follow thru. And in this case judging by UBS's head fakes and rope-a-dope I think it was a MM short

Not Judging-Just Saying
