The Company would also like to allay the concerns of its shareholders by re-stating its commitment to increasing the net worth of the company and enhancing share value.

CEO Ayaz Karimov stated: "There has been no further dilution in the share structure of the Company. Our Company has not amended or restructured its share structure since January 2007 and there are no plans to do so, especially since our Company is planning to become a fully reporting issuer and this process could take several months."
