Penny stocks are good and bad. They can be just as shaky as any other stock but because they cost so little they are easy to get high numbers of shares at a low cost. So they are even more appealing to people who do not have that much money. Also, many new companies start up everyday and a good portion of them may not even survive a year. The startup cost alone can take 5 years just to recover the start up costs.

Even Google has shot up and down between 400-500 dollars this last year and a half. There can be luck involved but where you increase your chances of winning is research. Also, the company should be giving out information periodically so that you are always informed of whats going on.

But Guppy is right. To trade with the big boys the rules help provide a safer playing field. And as we have seen in the past few years even CEOs can go to jail. But the unknown and the less control can create more volatility that can drive a stock upwards or backwards at higher percentages more often. One thing you can not ignore is that the lower prices bring lot more people into the game who would normally not be in it which means a lot more emotional trading and with the only intent of making more money because they are broke in the first place.

Personally I do not want to lose like anyone else but I do accept the fact that I can and I play with money that will not bankrupt me. But I do not care if it is stocks or something else I do not like to be played and lied to, and I will expose anyone who does it and will do everything I can to make sure the reputation follows them as well.

Unless something majorly happens in here I will probably have penny stock in here riding the bumpy roller coast for some time to come. Ok, let's see we are almost done with this week. Which leaves only next week to get PR. Let's hope today or Monday. Good luck everyone in this and any other stock you have.
