Until this company bought ProMold and SEMCO it was exactly as you describe it to be. When it bought those companies it became a different entity. It now has to meet payroll, stock raw materials, maintain hardware, upkeep facilities, and maintain marketing for a large and growing business. It never had such issues to confront before. It's ventures into Plastic Lumber and Plastic truck bed liners were one offs type of manufacturing tasks performed by others. That is all over now. I think you will shortly see that the product is not bad. And your opinion of management is just that... your opinion.
