from 20 billion to over 4 trillion replacement for a little bitty country like kuwait? is that right? kuwait is 1/10th the size of iraq and those kuwaiti dinar are worth over $3 u.s. each. dollarisation. phenomenon they call it? and those kuwaiti pigs want to pull what saddam pulled by going to the euro. that is exactly why we started the war over iraq.
