No, not a reverse SPLIT, Nathanial said a reverse MERGER. There is a big difference between the two things.

A reverse split would be bad. A reverse merger may be a good thing.

I am not trying to be rude here, but when people see those words 'reverse split' it tends to spread rumors like crazy!
