Just spoke to transfer agent for both PKTO and BHUB, Select American Transfer Company, tel 647-722-9581 and the girl that answered didn't give any info other than "please contact the company if you want to know the share structure".

She seemed like she's been asked this question before today and I heard a big sigh from her before she answered my question.

Has anyone spoken to Michael Burke yet?

There is nothing on the OTCBB daily list yet regarding name change or reverse split for BHUB:
