OT: Rules for communicating with a CEO:

When e-mailing or calling the company always start with something like "When are you gonna get off your rear and do something?". It shows them you mean business.

Then give them a quick run down of what you'd do if you had $20 million in the bank. (they are confused about having that kind of cash on hand and will appreciate your insight)

If warranted, threaten to personally come down to the corporate offices and slap them around. This insures that they implement your ideas immediately.

And always try to sound frantic. Remember CEO's are mostly nerds and need to be emotinally charged to action.

Finally, don't forget to e-mail the same thing over and over, just like you do here on the board. It gives them something to read while enjoying their coffee and donuts every morning.
