I guess it depends on your definition of the chunk of change moving significantly. If you mean $1.00, $2.00. $5.00-$10.00, then yes, that won't be anytime soon, meaning 2007-2008-2009. But if you mean into the pennies.. .01-.10-.99, then obviously that time period is drastically cut down.
