I bought into BKMP because I believe there is a huge void than can be filled by TFN. Unfortunately no amount of DD could have prepared me for the joke that is known as preferreds which are now covertible to common even though Sandy specifically said the preferreds were a "reward" and would not affect the OS of the commons. He specifically said the preferreds would not dilute the OS of BKMP. He LIED.
