Hello there Tina. Hope all is well.

I haven't had a chance to review this thread. Has there been any discussion on the recent trouble BBI is having with Total Access? Our account is all screwed up and we haven't had a movie shipped to us in almost 2 weeks. They are blaming a system glitch. Last week to make amends they e-mailed us 2 free rental vouchers. We called again yesterday and they were going to e-mail us 4 vouchers in addition to 1 month of free Total Access. We then received an e-mail saying that we had asked for termination LOL.

I saw a few discussions taking place over on Yahoo. Anything new to add over here?
