somebody is joining me in ELSF this morning...

i dont think the share structure has changed much (if at all) since the last Q.

AT AUGUST 16, 2004, APPROXIMATELY 10,745,091 SHARES OF COMMON STOCK, $.001 PAR
VALUE, WERE OUTSTANDING

so it looks like the market cap is under 100k which to me looks like a fairly safe gamble here.
