With the way confidence was fading would you really wanna hear larry talking about a ni43-101, unless your into tsx resources you wouldnt even have a clue what it was, and the thought of it, Larry's thought of it, as a press release would be recieved as a "load in my pants" and if you mean physical certs , maybe this mass halt of 35 companys is untimely, i bet the physical certs being sent out was one of the blockbuster pr's we would have needed. just not on his timeline yet.
