Read Ibreken next post. For the record, I have never shorted or owned this stock. If people would listen to common sense, they would not be in the position they are. Why am I here? At first I looked at an opportunity, then realized this was a scam. Not hard to assume as 95% of Pinkys are so if you don't know that by now...now you do. I feel bad for your losses and the losses of others however you are pointing fingers at the wrong people. I was here to warn you and others but peoples greed always seems to take over. If you point the finger at anyone person... it should be 2create because he sucked most here into it and people looked at him as a voice of knowledge. I have done my DD otherwise and know the truth. If its too good to be true, it probably is! I was helping you out, you just were blinded by that "get rich quick greed." Take it as a lesson learned and its not such a loss. Sorry for your loss. Don't invest in any non-reporting pinky let alone one run by Russian Mobsters. One last note... I made quite a few statements regarding a few people involved in this scam. I have been told my post are being sent to the SEC, may be libelous... By doing this, I put a lot on the table... My point. I am not afraid because it is all true and I encourage any attorney, party, or whoever to refute some of my claims. Why am I not worried? If it is true, it is not libel and trust me when I say by attacking me legally, they will be shooting themselves in the foot as the truth comes out. The reality. Even they are not that stupid to open up that can of worms.
