RE: etrade proxy - not happening

i just spoke with them AGAIN and i was told that unless the company (AMEP) reimburses them for sending the proxy out, they are not going to do it, period. They have not been notified from AMEP about the proxy at all.

AND, unless they hear from AMEP they won't be sending ANYBODY the proxy.

WTF!?!?

i posted the other day that i received mine from etrade and was waiting for ameritrade but i mixed it up and reversed it by accident. i still don't have etrade and don't think i will be getting it.

according to the gal i spoke with, nobody has received the proxy from etrade so why are people saying they did? and if they did really receive it why is etrade telling me they didn't?

something weird going on here.
