I too have become a little annoyed with some of the broken promises and slow reactions. But I try to remind myself this is a brand new company. JV may know how to make good pizza and broker some good relationships with vendors, that does not mean he knows how to run a nationwide company with a very aggresive growth plan. I think a lot of the things he wanted to accomplish were "pie in the Sky" and were unrealistic. I think at times he thought it was going to be easy.

I will tell you I know a lot of people who have used the call center to order from the Mooresville store, in fact I have used it several times myself to order from Ken and I have NEVER had a problem.

They are fiumbling the ball quite a bit, but i really do think it is growing pains and if i had to guess John Schnotter from Papa Johns had a lot of the same problems with his first stores.
