Nothing like a veritable monopoly is there? Anything energy related (traditional, alternative, energy efficient housing) is fair game for NVMG. It's hard to put a cap on it. Also, I would imagine those large tracts of lands could be used for corn and feedstock for Ethanol. They seem to be thinking outside the box.
