Drinks Americas Forms Marketing Venture With Hollywood Producers

WILTON, CT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/08/07 -- Drinks Americas Holdings, Ltd. (OTCBB: DKAM), a leading developer and marketer of premium beverages associated with renowned icons, today announced that it has reached agreement with prominent Hollywood film producers, Mark Burg and Oren Koules, for the cross-marketing of Drinks Americas' beverages in movie and television productions.

Twisted Pictures, Inc., an affiliate of Evolution Entertainment, Inc., the producer of such popular movies as the "SAW" franchise, has agreed to a marketing arrangement whereby the Company's Trump Super Premium Vodka, Willie Nelson's Old Whiskey River Bourbon, Damiana Liqueur, and Newman's Own Lightly Sparkling Fruit Drinks and Fruit Essence Waters will be placed in its current and future movie and television productions.

Mark Burg and Oren Koules, Co-Presidents of Twisted Pictures and Evolution Entertainment, said, "In movie and television production, product promotions are the future of the film business. With rising costs, this is a great way for a brand to get exposure and hopefully enhance our films. Mark Burg and Oren Koules are veteran film producers, with early producing credits including "Bull Durham," "Can't Buy Me Love," and "Set It Off." The pair formed the production company Twisted Pictures in 2004, and the management/production company Evolution Entertainment in 1998. In addition to developing the SAW franchise and other movies (such as "John Q"), Burg and Koules are the executive producers of "Two and a Half Men" (the top-rated sitcom on television).
