I have watched this market since 1996 and studied the events. I also remember the 80's and what happen there. I have spent a year reading and learning.

This week is when the fund managers I figure will start coming back in the market. Advertising for mutual funds will be cluttering the air waves, merger and acquisitions as the product life cycles begins to correct.

So based on my reading, I expected the stocks that would be the winners for the fund managers to tank this week by shorting. Thus create an impression management of "I Give Up" with the public thinking when you think its at its low it goes lower. By this type of public attitude the money will flow to the more stable funds.

Now all the funds will do is cover and go long taking advantage of volumes in a down line. So the "Fund Advantage" comes into play when fund managers come in basically to take the investments they want down 10%- 15% which is basically the same percentage the market has been calling for since the Dow's 10K by it going to 98.5K. Thus CSCO at $16 should hit $14 and it did today and I was waiting for it.

Hey I could be wrong but at least it is following as I expected it would.
