So what is the holdup??
sales and marketing, most likely. They've taken an interesting and cost effective approach thus far in using co-branded promotions with radio station tie-ins for "Music & Lyrics", and attending high visibility trade shows with a stylish booth. Now they are most likely focused on shipping to Saks and other retailers, which takes time and energy, especially if you are just starting out. The rubber really meets the road when they report their first sales numbers, and since they are not obligated to report under SEC guidelines, trading on the pink sheets as they do, we will just have to wait. Right now they are below the radar. That doesn't mean the bird ain't flying. JMO
