All four of the inventors divied up the 300K shares between themselves, none went to John Hopkins. They will divvy up the 250K as well upon patent approval.

That's exactly how Mr Martell explained it to me in his words, when I asked....... so the hoped for alliance with John Hopkins is not an absolute, but the door has at least been opened.
